George Rainha
George Rainha passed away suddenly on July 17, 2022, at the age of 70. George was born on December 29, 1951, in Hudson, Mass. to George Sr. and Rita Rainha. After serving in the Air Force, George moved to Washington and resided in Olympia, Puyallup, and Leavenworth for over 30 years and finally Sequim. George retired from the carpenter’s union and was married to the love of his life, Carol Rainha for over 40 years.
Jacob Dragieff
Jacob Dragieff, 87, went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on July 27, 2022, at home surrounded by family and friends. Jake was born September 10, 1934, to George and Draga Kristonish Dragieff. He grew up on a farm in Ottawa, Kan. where he attended a one room schoolhouse and rode a horse to school. He later attended Rantoul High School where he graduated.

Charles (Chuck) Daniel Livonia, 59, of Lansing passed away on Tuesday, July 19, 2022, at his home in Lansing, Kan. Celebration of Life Visitation will be held at Davis Funeral Chapel on Saturday, August 6, 2022, from 2 to 4 p.m. Arrangements entrusted to Davis Funeral Chapel.

Gerald Carder, 79, of Leavenworth passed away on July 31, 2022. Celebration of Life Services will be announced at a later date.
John Davis Henry Schwinn
John Davis Henry Schwinn of Easton, Kan., passed away July 25, 2022, in Paris, TX. He was born January 6, 1997, to Herbert Thomas Jr. and Susan (Lobb) Schwinn in Lawrence, KS. He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Leavenworth, Kan., where he was baptized and confirmed. He was a member of Bell 4-H Club. John graduated from Pleasant Ridge High School in 2015. He farmed and milked cows on the family dairy after graduation and in 2020 he started his own business, Schwinn Trucking LLC and was the owner and operator. He was very proud of his business and loved to visit with friends and family about his ventures. He also loved hunting, fishing and riding his Ranger.
