Two television news stations recently came to Leavenworth to tell the story of the Greenwood Cemetery. KCTV5 and Fox 4 interviewed County Attorney Todd Thompson and Greenwood Preservation Committee member Jim Claunch about restoration efforts at the cemetery. The groups focus is to protect and preserve the cemetery as they continue ongoing restoration efforts, including the construction of a security fence.
