The Leavenworth Area Retired School Personnel Association (LARSPA) recently held a traditional Thanksgiving feast. Donations were collected for the Leavenworth Council on Aging Christmas Stocking Program. Members heard a presentation from Shanda Cooper, site manager for the Leavenworth Workforce Center. She explained how the Workforce Center works with employers to find quality candidates for positions.
