Henry Cassmeyer, a Leavenworth County native, recently participated in the Endless Game, a project to break the Guinness record for the longest marathon baseball game. Cassmeyer, who graduated from Lansing High School in 1993, participated in the game that was played for 100 straight hours, breaking the old record of 83 hours, 13 minutes. Sixty adult Kansas City area players were divided into two teams of 30. They played in rotations of 10 for four hours. The final score was Team Courage 468, Team Strength 307. Photo Credit: Submitted
