Leavenworth Mayor Griff Martin speaks to international military students Tuesday at the Riverfront Community Center. Each year, the city hosts an event for military officers from foreign countries who come to the area to study at the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College at Fort Leavenworth. One hundred twenty-two officers from 94 countries attended Tuesday's International Military Students' Honorary Citizens Day.
