Walter Schley, president of the Vietnam Veterans of America Patrick K. Harrold Chapter 75 of Leavenworth, addresses guests Thursday during a ceremony to unveil a plaque which lists the names of 12 service members from Leavenworth County who were killed in action during the Vietnam War.
