Joseph Eugene LaFontaine Sr. passed away on December 31,2021. He was born December 23, 1955, in Leavenworth Kansas, the son of Earl Eugene and Geraldine Ann (Corriston) LaFontaine and grandson to Helen Taylor and John LaFontaine and Richard and Oka Corriston.

He had five children, Joey LaFontaine Jr., Amy LaFontaine,Vanessa LaFontaine, Spencer LaFontaine and Cole LaFontaine. He had seven grandchildren, Lucy, Maddy, Abby, Nolan, Weston, Ava and Leo. He had many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. Joe was Preceded in death by his father Earl LaFontaine, two brothers Earl Eugene Jr. and Walter Allen, sister Kim Einhellig and niece Shannon Phillips, grandparents Helen Taylor and John LaFontaine and Richard and Oka Corriston.
