The University of Saint Mary played Kansas Wesleyan University on Saturday in a tennis match at David Brewer Park. KWU had two players with Leavenworth connections. Alex Sherer and Alivia Sherer played for the Coyotes. Their father, Jesse Sherer, holds the all-time singles wins record for Leavenworth High School.
