NORTONVILLE – 1933 – 2021

Peachie Weishaar, of Nortonville, Kansas, passed away Saturday, December 4, 2021, after a brief stay at Anew Healthcare in Nortonville, KS, at the age of 88.

Mass of Christian burial will be Friday, December 10, 2021 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Joseph’s Church in Nortonville, KS. Interment will follow in St. Joseph’s Cemetery. Parish rosary will be on Thursday, Dec. 9th at 6:00 p.m. with visitation to follow until 8:00 p.m. at St. Joseph’s Church in Nortonville. Memorial contributions are suggested to St. Joseph’s Cemetery or Birthright of Topeka and may be left in care of the Arensberg-Pruett Funeral Home in Atchison, KS with whom funeral care has been entrusted.

Peachie is survived by her ten children; three daughters, Dea Ann (Ray) Runnebaum, Leavenworth, KS, Janelle Weishaar (Les Smith), Atchison, KS, Amy (Joe) Watt, Valley Falls, KS; seven sons, Joe (Nancy) Weishaar, Valley Falls, KS, Jay (Janice) Weishaar, Tony “Bud” Weishaar, Jeff Weishaar (Mechelle Foos), Daniel (Patricia) Weishaar, Johnny (Lora) Weishaar, Matthew (Stephanie) Weishaar, all of Nortonville, KS; fifteen grandchildren, twelve step grandchildren, and thirteen great grandchildren.
