The Sons of the American Revolution, Henry Leavenworth Chapter, awarded Judith Bauer the Defender of Freedom award for her outstanding contributions to the community. She is the president of the Henry Leavenworth Chapter of the Association of the United States Army. The chapter was named the best in the nation in 2024.
