The Henry Leavenworth Chapter of the Sons of the American Revolution planted an American elm tree on Arbor Day at the Pioneer Sports Complex. The program honored the 250th anniversary of the start of the American Revolution. The planting of the tree project was completed with the partnership of the Leavenworth Unified School District 453.
