Shirley Jean (Trackwell) Noll, 86, of Winchester, KS, died Tuesday, March 29, 2022. Shirley worked 19 years as a Deputy Clerk of Jefferson County District Court, retiring in 1997. Shirley served many years as a Democratic Precinct Committee woman in Jefferson County. She was a member of St. Lawrence Catholic Church, Easton, KS, and member of the Town and Country unit of McLouth.

Shirley married to Joseph Anthony “Joe” Noll on January 22, 1955. He preceded her in death on October 14, 2012. Survivors include three sons and three daughters, Cynthia (Louis) Peters, Grain Valley, MO, Greg (Mary Ann) Noll, Winchester, Edward (Angee) Noll, Winchester, Janelle (David) Miller, Emporia, Jeffrey (Rhonda) Noll, Valley Falls, Annette (Scott) Deghand, Berryton, 15 grandchildren and 16 greatgrandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Anthony “Tony” Noll.
