Thomas Arthur Risley, 72, of Leavenworth passed away on Sunday, October 2, 2022. Visitation will be held at Davis Funeral Chapel on Thursday, October 6, 2022, from 5 to 7 p.m. Graveside service will be held at Leavenworth National Cemetery on Wednesday, October 12, 2022, at 11 a.m.
