William Gary Hildebrandt, 77, passed away June 1, 2022.

He was born June 29, 1944, in Leavenworth, Kan. to George and Nina Hildebrandt Sr.

In 1964, Gary married Ruby Ellis Bell. She preceded him in death. In 1983, Gary met his longtime companion Theresa Paschal, she preceded him in death. He was also preceded in death by his parents, a son Larry Hildebrandt; a brother George Hildebrandt Jr.; sisters, Mary Williams and Rose Cook.

He is survived by his son William Gary Hildebrandt III of Leavenworth; daughters, Sherry M. Hildebrandt of Kansas City, Kan. and Ruby (Fred) Smith of Leavenworth; a step-daughter Rebecca Paschal of Leavenworth; three sisters, Georgia Mae Hester of Leavenworth, Barbara Johnson of Flower Mound, Texas, and Laurette Potter of Denver, Colo: and many relatives and friends.

Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. Tuesday, June 14, 2022, at the R.L. Leintz Funeral Home. The service will begin at 11 a.m. A dinner will follow after the burial at R.L. Leintz.
